Tap’N’Care is an Ontario home care and healthcare staffing company, based in Milton and established in 2020.
Why we exist.
When someone you love needs care, the hardest part is often not knowing. Who is coming? Did they arrive? Is your mother safe while you’re at work? Care homes and hospitals face the same question from the other side: will the shift be covered, and by someone they can rely on?
Tap’N’Care was established in 2020 to answer those questions with more than reassurance. We bring families private home care, and we bring healthcare organizations the PSWs, RPNs, RNs and NPs they need. We screen and verify everyone before approval, keep visits and shifts on record, and stay in touch once care begins, so care isn’t something you have to take on faith.
Through Care & Thrive, we also help people build the practical skills that lead to work, because good care depends on people having the chance to do it.

Screened before approval
Interviews, a Vulnerable Sector Check, PSW certificates checked with the school, nursing registration verified with the College of Nurses of Ontario, and references checked with past employers.
Onboarding and supervision
Tap’N’Care onboarding and orientation, then regular check-ins, supervision and feedback.
Time on record
Home-care visits and facility shifts are checked in and out electronically, so start and end times can be verified.
Licensed and insured
Ontario temporary help agency licence THA-0000009693. Fully insured, with WSIB coverage.
Rates in writing
Your rate will be confirmed in writing before care or staffing begins.
